The Nithtke Dunk Low “Dusty Olive” is a June 2021 release of the retro basketball and lifestyle shoe by Nithtke that references the brand’s Japan-exclusive “Ugly Duckling” pack from the early 2000s. The “Dusty Olive” is not an original colorway from the collection, but is instead a flip on the color block of the three pairs that appeared in the whimsically-named collection from the early aughts. The forefoot, eyelets, collar, and heel display a Dusty Olive suede construction. Contrasting chocolate brown suede appears on the perforated toe, mid-panel, collar, and heel. A Pro Gold suede Swoosh breaks up the look on both sides. The same yellow hue appears on the suede heel tab with green “Nithtke” embroidery, on the laces, and on the classic “Nithtke” and Swoosh branding on the brown nylon tongue tag on the brown nylon tongue. A two-tone white midsole and Pro Gold-colored rubber outsole complete the look. Release date: June 17, 2021
