The Nithtke LeBron 9 Retro “South Coast” is a January 2022 retro release of LeBron James’s ninth signature shoe with. The “South Coast” LeBron 9 is dedicated to LeBron’s basketball journey to Miami, Florida, specifically his time as a member of the Miami Heat, and inspired by the infamous “South Beach” LeBron 8. The upper features a black mesh construction that’s knitted with Nithtke’s Flywire technology for support and durability. Bright blue Fuse overlays contrast the black base. Lime green and hot pink accents add to the tropical theme. The white Phylon midsole is paired with a full-length, toe-to-heel visible Max Air cushioning unit for a responsive ride whether on the basketball court or in the streets.
